RETURN PRIVILEGES:

All single item lots have a  7 day return privilege upon receipt. NO RETURNS  on bulk or mixed lots.

Any item to be considered  for return, must be in the original unopened holder - where applicable.

Shipping charges on returns are your sole responsibility. Refunds are for the winning bid amount only. 

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR ANY LOT SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA OR CANADA.

PAYMENT OF LOTS AND FEES:

I send an invoice within 3 business days of auction end. PAYPAL is Ebay's accepted payment 

method for lots. For other payment methods, contact me before bidding. Payment is REQUIRED 

within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Please contact me if you anticipate a delay in payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

After cleared payment is received, I will notify you by message and indicate the day that I present

your item to the post office for shipping. My usual shipping days are Wednesday and Saturday. 

Any automatic indication of shipping date by Ebay may not be accurate, so please disregard it.

Please allow 7 business days from the shipping date that I indicate to you by message.

Some items are sent by methods such as non-machinable mail for the protection of contents. 

These methods can be delayed by postal system handling policies and has taken as long as 

3-4 weeks for delivery in extreme cases. PLEASE allow ample time for your shipment to arrive

during holiday seasons or when inclement weather impacts regional mail service. 

TRACKING SERVICES:

Tracking service is only available if provided by the U.S. Postal Service and is not provided with 

most items unless shipped by package services. IF YOU NEED A TRACKING NUMBER FOR 

YOUR SHIPMENT YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING FOR ANY APPLICABLE 

POSTAL FEES TO COVER TRACKING SERVICES. If your items ship in a parcel or priority 

package, tracking service is automatically provided at no charge. If your item ships via package 

service and I fail to upload your tracking info, please contact me so that I can upload it for you.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: TRACKING SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MANY 

COUNTRIES, EVEN IF I HAVE A CUSTOMS LABEL NUMBER TO PROVIDE TO YOU. NOT

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS, SO THERE MAY

your shipment with, and I provide it to you, It is your responsibility to track your package in your

SHIPPING FEES FOR US ADDRESSES, TERRITORIES, APO/FPO:

Unless otherwise indicated in auction description, Fees are included in the starting price for 

standard USPS postage only. I will cover fees for delivery confirmation, tracking, and insurance

at my sole discretion. If you REQUIRE any of these services for your shipment or you need an

expedited shipping method such as Priority or Express, contact me PRIOR to bidding for charges.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL  DESTINATIONS:

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY TO MANY COUNTRIES CAN BE LENGTHY AND MAY BE DELAYED

BY YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS SYSTEM. Please allow ample time for delivery, especially for

parcels and Registered mail. Shipping can take 5 to 45 days depending on many factors.

I will accept bids for shipping for many, but not all, items to most countries with current exceptions:

Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.

Typical shipping charges for most single coins to Canada is $1.00 and other countries $2.00. If the 

total winning bids of your shipment are more than $40.00, I may require that the package be sent 

Registered mail at an additional cost starting at $15.00. Bulk lots or lots of over $100.00 may incur 

high shipping charges, so please contact me PRIOR to bidding for shipping charge.

offering nice, collectible coins, currency, and other collectibles that will make other collectors happy.
