Girl's ~Rubies~ 60s Go Go Dancer Hippie Dress Halloween Costume with Hair Tie Size Medium 8/10

Gently used 60s Go Go Girl Hippie Dress Costume. Has Sequins all over it. Has a matching hair tie/band that I'm also including and is pictured. There are a few super small dots on the front which I've also pictured as well. Wasn't there before I steamed the dress so wondering if something transfered to it. But they are the size of a pen dot.. so not a big deal. Just wanted to mention and point out. Size tag says medium and when I look at the Rubies Size chart they state a size 8/10. I'll post measurements below as well just so we can be safe 🙂 Dress os lined and in great Cond otherwise.
