Vintage Lia Sophia Heart Pendant Necklace

This necklace has a double rope chain with a large heart pendant accented with rhinestones.  It is marked lia sophia on the tag and ls on the back of the pendant.  This necklace is adjustable from 17 to 19 inches and is in very good condition.
