Item Condition
· All our items are sourced from major retailer or manufacturer returns or overstocks. Please See Photos – Actual items photos are always included in every listing, never stock photos. Packages may have retail inventory stickers or packaging may be distressed. For Open Box or Used items please read the item conditions under Item Specifics.
Shipping
· To ensure reliable and safe delivery of your purchase, we use USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. When purchasing an item with free shipping we reserve the right to select the best carrier based on the item’s size & value. Please note for electronics FedEx Ground is our preferred carrier and signature may be required based on the value of the item.
· Shipments will go out same business day if ordered before 3pm Eastern Monday – Saturday. Any items purchased on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
· Due to carrier restrictions, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
· Item may ship in original retail package which would indicate what items are included in the box.
Returns
· Most items are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued when return items are received – the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or was misrepresented in the listing. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us prior to requesting a refund. All items are insured with the carrier and in most cases the carrier requires a claim to be opened so the item can be inspected prior to shipping the item back to us.
