The XFORT Mortice Sash Lock

This XFORT 3 lever sash lock is a mortice locking mechanism for external and internal wooden doors. It features a latch and bolt for use with door handles where key locking door security is needed. The key operated deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from either side.

These sash locks are finished in polished chrome. The face plates are supplied with removable film for protection.
