Cute little figurine by UCGC in Taiwan. Looks like a little boy skiing has run into the snowman causing a little pain. There are no chips/cracks/breaks/repairs on the item. There are a few smudges here and there as pictured.

Dimensions: 4.16" tall x 4.75" wide x 2.5" deep
