Very rare cancel stamps.

Multiple cancel stamps from Osmans, Ohio. Blotter may have been used by a post office clerk in Osmans. 

I found no record of any town named Osmans. I have another Gooch blotter which has an advertising stamp and that too is also marked Osmans, Ohio. There is only a couple Google results for "Osmans, Ohio", whereas Osman is much more prevalent.

I've found Osman and is listed as a ghost town:
