Item- Walking Dead #1 CGC Graded 8.5

Great Book. First App Rick Grimes. One of the all time Classic Comics and one of the top 3rd party books ever.

Condition- CGC 8.5. Notice on rear of book there is what looks like a line/cut/crack in case but you can't feel it with your finger so it's internal. Possibly just a quality issue on the plastic, but other than that looks great. If the line is a problem CGC might re-slab for free as it looks like a plastic issue, but even if they don't it's $15 bucks so no big deal.
