This is a Native American Seminole Basket from the American southeast. It's hand woven from long pine needles and raffia.  The design looks like hand made lace.  Study the pictures.  They're an important part of the description.  Email if you have questions.  It measures about 12 inches by 7 inches by 5 inches tall.
