Custom bound book contains approx. 87 pages of 1964 Latter-day Saints Forms containing family name / birth / death / other information from 1750s through the 1960s. Most location references are from North Carolina, including Richfield, Salisbury, Tyro, Sandy Creek and Morganton. Condition is VG with only minor discoloration / soiling. We see no tears or creases.
