Logitech M317/M317C Wireless USB Mouse w/ Receiver. Item is in excellent condition, has been disassembled, cleaned and tested. It has some light scuffs on the bottom. I have a lot of these mice with which to mix and match pieces and created a custom combination. 

Personally I find the blue frame and white sides this model comes with by default a bit garish, so I matched the USA American Flag top against a dark gray frame and light gray sides to create something more subdued. I feel the flag looks more tasteful without the color distractions.
