This glass creamer has a sterling silver overlay around the rim  forming a foliate border under it.  The pontil is obscured by a cut star in the base.  I think this was blown into a mold.  You can feel the mold lines on the outside, but not inside.  The size is 4.5 inches through the handle and spout.  It's 3 inches tall.  Email if you have questions.  Read the condition description.  This beauty is not perfect.
