Kohler K-262-WF-96 Shower Faucet Prairie Flowers Handle Cap Insert and Ceramic Dial Plate (fits IV George Brass or Antique Shower Faucet)

The handle top is used, having one small mark on it as shown in the picture. It may need to be attached to the faucet handle using an alternative method, or getting a new screw to attach it. 

The K-145/K-146 Ceramic Dial Plate is in "BISCUIT" (96 color code) and is brand new and never used. The biscuit color of the dial plate compliments the background color of the Prairie Flowers of the Midwest Artist series by Kohler.
