Soft plastic molded 1/72 - HO Scarce MOS in box Seamen #108.  Very pliable and clean on sprue.  Never used.  Box is in good clean condition, minor shelf wear.  Compatible with Airfix, HAT, Lucky Toys, Strelets, ESCI and Caesar figure sets.
