Mail to a smal Jewish Colony (Settlement) in Ottoman Palestine !

5 + 10 + 10 Filler Hungarian Stamps on nice small Size Cover mailed abroad from  Surany / Hungay (today in South Slovakia)  via Austrian Post in Palestine  Caiffa = Haifa - 20. Nov. 1911  to  Dr. Juda Weinstock  a Resident  of the Jewish Colony/Settlement  "Stéé"  near Colony  Sichron Jacob = Zikhron Ya'akov  (22 Miles South of Haifa) !

"Stéé" must have been a Sub Colony  of  Sichron Jacob = Zikhron Ya'akov, but I could not find any Information about "Stéé" !
"Stéé" colony was surely given up, so mail to that colony should be rare !
