A beautifully crafted book, takes a deep dive into a hotel managers' experiences from Japan. Great for those who want to travel Japan or just learn more about the culture. I believe this is the 5th edition (1946) of this book, which is volume #1 in the set. I am just selling this book, not the completed set. 

Overall condition of this book shows signs over age and "normal" wear. There is slight staining on the first and second pages and a gentle yellowing on the other pages. This books pages are free from rips and tears. The binding is in great shape and the cover paper with the painted flowers all over it is in fair condition, has rips and discoloration. The slit for the other part of the paper is completely ripped. Please review photos for a more accurate description of the condition. All issues have been disclosed and photographed.
