Steiff Suzanne Gibson 1985 Goldilocks and the Three Bears set.  Papa Bear is 0173/22, Mama Bear is 0173/18, and Baby Bear is 0173/14.  Both Papa and Goldie are signed.  The box is pretty beat up, see the last couple pics.
