My fast and frequent shipping, US only, is the next non-holiday business day -  Monday through Friday, one day after sale payment in US dollars has cleared eBay.

Magazines will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage or the least expensive USPS shipping option other than Media Mail.  Magazines contain advertising, so cannot utilize Media Mail.  

Ebay has advised that USPS mailings can be delayed, due to a variety of circumstances.

Sales are final, no returns. I am happy to combine shipping with any of my other listings that you purchase [Buy It Now].  Combining items must be requested by email prior to purchase and paying, so I can create a unique listing with your name and desired items and shipping expense.  Combining shipping can often [but not always] save costs.
