Please refer the pictures for condition and measurements. Estate purchase here in Knoxville Tennessee. I would say this phone book is in fair/poor condition. The binding is completely separated from the pages. All the pages are intact except there is a few on top that are loose. I’m not sure if any pages are missing or not. The pages that remain intact are in fair condition. You will see fold marks/tears/crumbling along the edges. I did manage to turn all the pages, but I had to do it very carefully. This book is very heavy weighing almost 10 pounds. Since this is pulled out of storage, there might be a musty storage smell to it. Pet free smoke free home. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
