Gold Encrusted Hand Painted Porcelain Plate
Superb German porcelain plate, measures 7 3/4 inch diameter. Gorgeous deep rust red wide border with fluted inner verge, and a gold gilt encrusted hand applied detail of florals and leaves on outer rim edged with a gold band. Stunning color and fine quality! No areas of damage. Excellent condition!
It is marked on the back with the August Roloff mark used from 1927 to 1932. Handgemalt Deutsche Wertarbeit which translates to Hand Painted German Workmanship. It also has the numbers in gold 845 4.
