Michael Rogers is a member of the Bishop Paiute Tribe of Eastern California, and has lived on the Sunland Reservation outside of Bishop, California. He is also a member of the Yurok Tribe and has lived in the Weitchpec Village, Yurok Reservation in Northern California.
