my car is perhaps as you would expect a  35 yr old 35000 miles car to be. better than most!  because of the mileage Very small amount of work to do to make it in faultless condition. I have had a couple of thousand views and no interest.  this has made me think that maybe I should keep the car and use it. The cost of getting the work done is still within the worth of the car so I will do this at the end of the days left to run.  I am going to get the wiring repaired and the dash refitted. We have a paintless dent removing company  local to me to sort out the two rear door dents. and we will use the car. The 35000 mile 1987 car was bought   from a friend who stored it for 10 years.  I had pads and discs fitted and took it for a mot.  it passed.  on the way home the fan motor seized and it seams likely the starter solonoid was stuck on When you start it you can hear it stuck on. This was due to being in storage and not used.                         Some thick  wires warmed up but are ok. Five thin wires under the dash need replacing and  five thin wires by the fan motor need doing.           I have a new fan motor replacement.  the owners club lads mentioned the fan motor seizing is common thing that happens. I’m good at removing things but maybe not putting it back so I haven’t tried.  The car has original paint apart from a door frame. There are couple of dents on the rear doors again not touched as a dent remover man can fix. with just a touch of paint on the one door will make it good. Interior is in excellent condition as you can see by the pictures. The drive to the mot station was lovely.  automatic gears make to car a joy to drive.  Jobs to do.  Fix wires under dash. Fit dash.  Then replace the coloured wires by the fan motor.   fit fan motor.  fit rad back in. And coolant.  Re mot the car.   I have the v5 in my name. I put the turbo wheels on to show you what  it would look like.  think it makes the car look better with the turbo wheels but have the original set with the sale
