Vintage Pig Figurine Pot Pink Scarborough Crest Lovely Condition C1920s / 1930s

The pig is marked Foreign.  There is some debate as to the country of origin.  Some suggest that it means that this is the mark for items produced in Germany post-WW1 and imported to the UK to potentially avoid the bad feeling about Germany after the "Great War".  Irrespective he's a really nice little pig pot / figure.  I have quite a few of these and use a couple of them to store items in.  They are great as vintage (possibly even antique) pen holders!  Love them!

This pig displays the Scarborough, Yorkshire Crest.

He's in good condition.  There are variations in the colour / small paint splash marks which appear to have happened during the production process.  These are shown in the pictures, particularly on the back side of the pig.  But this adds character rather than deflecting from how nice this little pig is.  He is approximately 7cm high, 14cm long.
