Vintage ceramic Hubert Bequet 3D fish aquarium wall decor, porthole, nautical, shellfish. Made in Quaregnon, Belgium, circa 1940s-1950s. Was a light but the light socket and wiring is missing .  Hand painted lusterware glaze. Real rope glued on surface. Gold rim decoration. Fish and shellfish are also in ceramic and are protected under a glass dome (light scratches on dome) Has logo on back and wiring for hanging.
