This hat needs to be repaired. It seems as if it was washed / possibly shrunk because it is a size small and it fits very small. The interior of the hat where the patch is feels like the back of the patch is wrinkled. The exterior fabric along the top of the patch is bunched up. I have priced it accordingly.
