Hi everyone -
I am just getting started adding my personal comics collection to Ebay.  I have 12 longboxes full, collected from 1977 to 2007.  I'm moving through them slowly, adding a few lots or single issues per week.  Please check back for more stuff as time goes on.  In short, however, I have basically every single X-men and Star Wars comic printed in that period, and lots more (mostly Marvel and indie stuff like Dark Horse; almost no DC).  Please contact me for a partial list-in-progress.

This auction is for... THE DEFENDERS #20, from February, 1975  [see my other auctions for #17 and #28!]

"
Cover inks by John Romita. The Woman She Was...!, script by Steve Gerber, pencils by Sal Buscema (layouts) and Vince Colletta (finished art), inks by Vince Colletta; The Thing and the Defenders battle the Nameless Ones and Van Nyborg; Continues from Marvel Two-In-One #7. 36 pgs. $0.25. Cover price $0.25. "

This book has not been professionally graded.  As I am not a professional grader, I'm wary to assign either a number or an adjective to describe the condition, I'd rather let the clear detailed photos do the talking.  Please examine them carefully and decide if this comic lot is worthy of your collection.

Photos of the interior are representative of the rest of the book; assume all other pages are in similar condition to the pictured pages.  There are no significant stains, marks, creases, tears, or missing material beyond what you see in the included photos. Please examine the photos carefully.

Comics are sent in sturdy cardboard, bagged and boarded (doubled up; that's how I've stored my comics since the 1970s).

Starting bids are always my break-even price.

Shipping is always the exact calculated cost, never with a handling fee or shipping mark-up.

Happy to combine shipping on multiple bids in the U.S. (Ebay policy will NOT allow me to combine shipping on international orders. Sorry, this is Ebay's rule, not mine).

Local pickup on the northwest side of Chicago is great; there is no shipping fee for local pick-up.

My auctions always end on Saturdays, and I typically ship either Monday or Tuesday.

100% of the proceeds of all of my auctions will pay medical bills for a disadvantaged household.
