You will receive the scanner itself, the User's Guide, and the Quick Start Guide.  The antenna is included but not the belt clip or screws.

The antenna will be removed for easier shipping.

It can be powered by an adapter (not included) or 4 AA batteries (included).  The batteries were installed when I found the unit, so I can't guarantee how long they will continue to work.

Excellent condition -- it even has the clear film still over the display!  The User's Guide shows some wear.
