This 5-minute promotional phone card was inserted randomly into his prank phone call CDs. (I wonder how many people actually used these cards to make 5-minute prank phone calls?)

It featured Roy D. Mercer's now-iconic twisted phone logo.

I never used the phone card but it expired in 2002, regardless.
