Musical Puppy w/Light-Up Message When Fan Spins (Batteries Included)

This adorable puppy sings of love. As the fan spins, the lighted message lights up on the fan blades (see video).

I'm not sure if his head is supposed to move, but it doesn't move. He takes 3 AA batteries which I am including.
