- All international shipping is done through the eBay Global Shipping Program. All shipping fees and import charges are paid up front to eBay.

- Express mail is 1-2 business days on average. Does not guarantee next day. There are no refund for shipping if an item does not arrive on time. This is out of my hands.

- A full refund will be given for a defective item. Items must be shipped within 3 business days after a RMA is issued for the item, otherwise it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Refunds are typically given within 1-2 business days once the item is received.
