Fostoria Sandwich Plate Morning Glory Carving #12 Clear 11" D.  Not marked.  This engraving is also refered to as deep engraving or carving.  Produced 1939-1945.  Shows wear (scratches).  Condition - very good (see 3 below) - no chips, cracks, or cloudiness.
