Waffle & Terry Weaves - What is the difference?
Enchanted Waters carries both WAFFLE and TERRY Weaves in DermaSPA Cloths. The Terry Weave is ideal for daily skin care (cleaning, exfoliation, preventing and clearing blemishes and blackhead, etc.). The Waffle Weave is more intense and ideal for weekly microdermabrasion and more serious skin problems (acne, scars, wrinkles, dark spots, age spots, etc.).
Should I use the cloth every day - with soap?
Yes, gently! Just be sure to confine your aggressive Microdermabrasion treatments to once weekly (at most) using just water.
Here is a tip you may find useful:
Weekly: Perform an aggressive Microdermabrasion treatment with the Waffle Weave DermaSPA Cloth, using just water, and following the directions that come with your Cloth.
Daily: Use the Terry Weave DermaSPA Cloth gently, with our Enchanted Waters Soap, twice daily (morning and evening). All of our Soaps are designed to work with Microdermabrasion and are wonderful for maintaining the skin between your weekly treatments. In addition, our Enchanted Waters Soaps contain the very best natural moisturizers and humectants to hydrate your skin.
For active skin maladies, our African Black Soap is renowned as the world’s best soap for treating acne, burns, rashes, insect bites, cuts and infected wounds. In addition, it works wonders on reducing dark spots and wrinkles; it is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral.
Your weekly Microdermabrasion treatment, along with a gentle daily washing with the Terry Weave DermaSPA Cloth and our Enchanted Waters or African Black Soap, will keep your skin healthy and hydrated for that Radiant Glow you are looking for.
Can I use other chemical treatments along with the DermaSPA Cloths?
We recommend that you discontinue the use of any chemical or acne treatments while you are treating your skin problems with the DermaSPA Cloth. The combination may result in too much irritation to your skin. It would also prevent you from fairly evaluating the results of the treatments with the DermaSPA Cloth. If you do use chemicals you should limit it to at least 24 hours before or after an aggressive DermaSPA treatment.
May I use my moisturizer following a microdermabrasion treatment?
While keeping your skin moisturized is a crucial part of skin care, immediately following a treatment it is best to avoid any chemical laden moisturizers and especially any alcohol based astringents (our Pure Aloe Vera or SheAloe Butter are ideal, after microdermabrasion, moisturizers). The tight feeling in your skin is a sign the treatment was effective. One of the best ways to protect and nourish your skin between treatments is to use a good, chemical free, moisturizing soap. How do I maintain my skin on a daily basis between Microdermabrasion Treatments?
Regardless of the Skin Problem you are treating, maintaining the health of your skin between microdermabrasion treatments is essential. You need to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized but you want to refrain from using harsh chemicals. Use the DermaSPA Cloth gently, ideally with our Enchanted Waters Soap, twice daily (morning and evening).

What soaps do you recommend for Acne prone skin?
Our "African Black" soap (African Fog) is specially formulated to treat and prevent outbreaks. Renowned as the world's best soap for treating acne, it is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral. It is wonderful for anyone with acne and blemished skin. You may also want to look at our DermaSPA Cloths. MicroDermabrasion with our DermaSPA Cloths, combined with our Soaps for daily maintenance, is the ideal way to reduce or eliminate outbreaks and reduce the scarring. It is truly an unbeatable combination!
What do you recommend for skin with Eczema or Psoriasis?
The "African Fog" soap is outstanding for extreme cases of eczema. It soothes itchy and patchy rashes and pulls out the impurities in the skin. Many have even claimed that it cleared up their eczema! Our "Golden Oasis" soap is great for light cases of eczema or those with very sensitive skin. It is very gentle and contains a healing blend of Shea butter, Mango butter, Cocoa Butter and Arabian Honey. Either soap will nourish the skin, moisturize, and alleviate the itching and inflammation so common with eczema.
Which soaps are the most moisturizing?
All of our soaps are moisturizing. They are all super-fatted, which means that a little oil is left in each bar that has not become soap. Each bar contains emollients such as Shea butter, avocado oil, hemp seed oil and jojoba oil. Emollients soften and soothe the skin by coating it slightly to retain moisture. Additionally, Enchanted Waters soaps naturally contain glycerin, a marvelous moisturizer for skin because it attracts moisture from the air. That said; our "Golden Oasis" is our most moisturizing soap.
Which of your soaps are best for my sensitive & allergic skin?
Our "Extra Gentle" Golden Oasis is wonderful for even the most sensitive skin including babies. All of our soaps are all natural, all vegetable oils, and do not include ingredients which tend to have a high percentage of allergic reactions such as lanolin and peanut or sesame oil. We have received many emails from clients who were not able to use anything on their skin without some type of reaction until they tried Enchanted Waters.
Can I use handmade soap to wash my hair?
Yes, our "Shampoo Bars" are ideal for this purpose but any of our soaps are great for the hair. Wet your hair and rub the bar of soap across your hair a few times to lather. It rinses out thoroughly and leaves your hair squeaky clean without feeling dried out.

USA
We ship all items using the US Postal Service, either First Class or Priority. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, usually the same day! Once your package is in transit, we estimate delivery time to be 2-3 business days.
International
Whenever possible we keep individual packages under a pound and ship via USPS First Class Mail International - There should be no customs fees. Packages over 4 pounds in weight will ship using USPS Priority Mail International. The USPS estimated delivery time is 5 - 10 business days. Our experience is that "occasionally" packages may take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive due to individual countries customs regulations.
Combined Shipping:
Purchasing several items at a time saves tremendously on shipping charges. Once finished selecting your items, you can combine all items into one payment & package. If you click "Pay Now" from any one of your purchased items, all of your items purchased from us should appear. You can then check all items to be combined and the exact combined shipping will be calculated for one easy payment. The total amount you saved will also be calculated and shown to you.
You may "Combine" your own invoices or simply send us an email when you have finished shopping and we will provide a "Combined Invoice".

The first product I listed on eBay is the (now infamous) "DermaSPA" Cloth. I discovered the microfiber material used in DermaSPA while on vacation in Positano, Italy (picture on left). Everyone there seemed so wildly excited about this miraculous material that I decided to take a closer look. After seeing the results for myself I became absolutely passionate about it. I discovered that microfiber truly is a miracle product and I was stunned by the fact that it works its wonders using only water. No harsh or irritating chemicals - Just Water! Then and there I decided that it was time for America to discover and share in its benefits. It is how I became involved with this product and eventually ended up here on eBay.
DermaSPA became an overnight success and it didn't take long for me to become fascinated by skin care in general. I discovered that most of the commercial products out there are so loaded with harsh chemicals they do more harm than good. Did you know that 26 seconds after you apply anything to your skin it is in your bloodstream?
