General
  • Great general purpose water valve for many projects
  • 2-way, Normally Closed (energize to open, de-energize to close), unidirectional
  • Very Fast acting
  • Can be mounted in any position
  • Note: valve body color may be black or natural nylon color
Port / Orifice Size 
  • 5/8" hose barb inlet / outlet ports (for 5/8" inside diameter hose)
  • Internal orifice diameter: 8 mm (about 3/8")
  • Flow rate at 50 psi is >4GPM.
Pressure and Temperature
  • 3 to 145 psi (not for gravity feed systems)
  • Max media temp: 175° F (80° C)
  • For use in pressurized systems only
  • Note: most low pressure, high volume fountain type pumps do not work with these types of solenoid valves
Suitable Media
  • Water
  • Low viscosity fluids compantible with valve materials
  • DO NOT use with fuels
Coil / Electrical
  • 120-Volt AC / 5 Watts
  • Standard 1/4" spade connectors for electrical connection (connectors available in hardware stores, auto parts stores etc.)
  • Wires can also also be soldered to the terminals
  • No polarity requirements (connect positive to one termial and negative to the other)
