The Real Return Policy
C & K Distributings return policy it slightly different than Ebays return policy.
C & K Distributings return policy takes president and supersedes any return policy mandated by Ebay. We are a small business and, although we would like to, we do not have the deep pockets of a large corporation to be able to offer the lavish return policy that Ebay would like us to.
Our return policy is as follows:
1. No cash refunds, exchange only.
2. Payment for all merchandise is due the day of purchase.
3. If for some reason you cannot pay for your item or items within three (3) days of your purchase please contact us and let us know the reason why and when we can expect your payment. We will be happy to work with you within reason.
4. Buyer has fourteen (14) days to contact seller to arrange replacement of any defective item.
5. Seller will repair or replace any NEW item that is defective in materials or workmanship. All of our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipping to make sure that it is undamaged and in good condition. Please keep in mind that no matter how well a product is made no product is perfect.
6. No warranty is given for items damaged durring shipping or through misuse.
7. No warranty is given on any used items.
8. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs of replacement item.
9. Buyer assumes all risk in shipping. If you would like to add insurance to cover loss durring shipping please contact us before you send payment and we will add the additional cost (currently $1.23 per $100.00) to your order and send you an updated invoice reflecting the additional charge. Payment will be due upon receipt of this invoice.
10. Buyer accepts these terms when purchasing any item from C & K Distributing (Seller)
