If you are not satisfied with your order or the service you received please
contact us within 60 days of the date you received your purchase. When you are planning to send back any returns,
please send E-mail to us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not
be entertained.
The product is returned in new condition, packaged in its original box with all
original packaging materials, manuals, and warranty cards. We reserve the right to charge a replacement fee,
restocking fee.
Restocking fee is 10% of cost of item if you do not want to exchange for
something else.
