- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer - if purchased through buyer error or if items are unwanted. Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

| - All cleared orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm, will be dispatched the same day. Weekend purchases will be posted the next working day.
- Most items will be dispatched using The Royal Mail First Class Service or First Class Recorded Service.
