Payment is required within 3 days after the Winning Bid.

Item will be shipped within 5-10 business days of receiving full payment.

 

Shipping Policy

Attention International Customers: We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees that may be incurred on international orders. Please contact your local authorities to get details on these costs. We have no way of calculating these fees as they are set by your government.

 

Return Policy

-Customer satisfaction is our top priority . Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund (minus shipping & handling) within 14 days of items receipt date.

 -If free shipping was offered and the item is being returned for a refund, there will be a charge of $10.00 to cover the initial shipping & handling fees.

-If any alterations have been made or if the item is worn, it is NOT refundable or exchangeable.

-If the wedding band you ordered does not fit, you can return it within 14 days to be re-sized .  We will re-size your ring up to one full size free of charge. You will only have to pay for the shipping to and from us.

 All Returned Rings Are Subject to a 10% Re-Stocking Fee

-Shipping and Handling Fees are NOT refundable.

-Before returning the item, buyer must contact us for Returning Instructions; otherwise we will not accept the return or exchange.

-By purchasing any merchandise from us, you are agreeing to all of the terms of our Return & Exchange Policy.
