please note that each glass has its own unqiueness therefore you may find a manufacturers blemish in the glass, such as a air bubble, a smudge or little line, scratch(moulding marks), which will not affect the engraving or the use of the glass,

Your delivery,  on recieving your goods only via royal mail please gently rattle your parcel before signing for this item if you can hear rattling and bits shaking then decline/refuse your item and ask your postman to return to sender, and ask for a receipt, we understand that if an item is cracked or chipped or hairline cracked you may not  hear a rattle, but if the item is rattling then it is broken, if signed for this means you are signing for the item in good condition and due to royal mails new policy on claims you will need to pursue the claim against royal mail as the recipiant, however we can still do this but you will need to send back the packaging at YOUR cost as you have signed for delivery, as soon as we have received the packaging back we will issue you replacement/s.
