A little history:

The Joseph Pollak Corporation was established in 1909 in Boston, MA to supply electrical switches to the fledgling automotive industry.  Buy 1930 Pollak was the main supplier of switches to the Ford Motor Company.  Since its founding days Pollak has supplied switches to all of the major American auto manufactures.  In 1988 Pollak was acquired by the Stoneridge Company.  In 1992 Stoneridge acquired the Transportation Electronics Division of General Instruments located in El Paso, TX and Juarez, Mexico.  In 2004 a joint venture was established with the Minda Group based in New Delhi, India one of India's major automotive suppliers.  This switch is assembled in Mexico with U.S. made parts.
