We pride ourselves on offering excellent service, quality products and good value for money and all items are engraved by hand to order using traditional sandblast techniques in our Norfolk workshops.

Glass is tissue wrapped and packaged in a gift box before being packaged in an outer carton for postage, via Royal Mail Recorded or FEDEX and a signature will be required on delivery. 

We package all glassware very carefully and it is very rare that items arrive broken. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via the ebay messaging system.  We may ask you to return the damaged item, or send a photograph via email so that we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
