Precisely space a bolt-on Disc Cog away from hub mount to adjust chainline.  Use for Disc Brakes, electric hub motors, 'Boost' hubs and any custom installation too.

  • CNC custom machined and finished in the UK exclusively for VeloSolo with ISO 6 bolt (44mm BCD) drilling.
  • Non-anodized silver or anodized black, silver, red, blue, gold or orange (non-anodized can be polished by buyer with Belgom/Peek alu polish or similar).
  • NOTE: sale is for one spacer only - other parts (hubs, cogs etc are NOT included).
  • Available in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 4.5mm or 5mm. Use alone or in combination between hub and cog if using bolt on cogs or between disc brake rotor & hub.
  • For bolt on cogs - each spacer increases chainline by 1mm or 2mm. A 2mm spacer takes you from 41mm chainline to 43mm chainline and so on (please see 'VeloSolo FAQ' for tech help & more info on this).
  • Very useful for modern 'Boost' hubs when re-spacing disc brake or fitting 100mm or 142mm hubs to 110mm & 148mm 'Boost' frame or fork.
  • Also ideal for disc brake applications when fine tuning or for custom set-ups, electric hub motor fitting, precisely spacing rotor to fork leg etc.
