HOW TO USE - WATER DECALS

Use on a clear nail - a polished nail or on top of a Wrap/Foil

Make sure nails are clean
Cut around the sticker 
Put it in a saucer of water for 10 - 20 seconds
Sticker will detach  from backing sheet
Drop a spot of water onto your nail
Pick up the Decal with tweezers and place on your nail
Slide it in position and dab dry
Put a coat of clear nail varnish over the top to protect and seal
