This is a small clear ruffled edge dish. It could hold a little tea candle or it would make a cute little vanity trinket dish. It was made by Avon. It is about 3 1/2" in diameter at the top and it stands about 1 1/2" high. It is in very good condition with no cracks or chips that I can see.
