Payment

 We accept paypal, cheque or bank transfers. If you want to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details. We cannot accept credit or debit card payments.
We prefer paypal from overseas customers, if you want to pay by other means please contact us before committing yourself to purchasing the item.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch the day after payment is received. If you need the equipment urgently please let us know and we will try and give it priority.
  Everyone hates having to pay for postage but it is unfortunately a necessary evil. We keep your costs to a minimum by 'recycling' as many materials as possible however there will always be materials to be bought.
Unlike many other sellers we don't charge you for the time taken to wrap things up. . So if the cost shown on the stamp is less than the price that you have paid please bear these facts in mind before giving us a low rating on the feedback system.


As with all things if you are unhappy with our service please contact us first.

PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM.

Full refunds are granted for any D.O.A. product within 7 days of receiving.

Please do not ask us to mark items as "gifts" to avoid tax and/or duty charges.

Terms of Sale

As most of the items that we sell are old we do our very best to highlight any faults or blemishes that they may have.
We are however human & sometimes details are missed. We are keen for all of our customers to enjoy their purchases & don't want any of them to be disappointed. So if there are any unexpected faults with your purchase please contact us & we will do everything that we can to resolve the matter.
We will send you feedback on the day that your parcel is dispatched. We feel that your side of the agreement has been completed once payment has been made & will leave feedback accordingly. As a seller our feedback & detailed seller ratings are of enormous importance to us. We want you to be truthful & fair in your opinion of our service to you.
 We would however be grateful for the opportunity to try to resolve any problems that you may have had before you leave feedback.
