more money. If you pay for your purchases before we have a chance to adjust the
postage down, we will issue a refund for the overcharge immediately.
To qualify for postage discounts, all items to be purchased within 12
days of first purchase; should be sent out in one parcel and must be
paid for together in one payment. For more than one item, please ask us for
an invoice and add £1.00 to each additional item.

You have the option of two Royal Mail postage services (except for Asia and South America, which cannot choose Standard Airmail
service).
If the shipping for your destination is not included in the listing please
contact us and we will add it to the listing.
Delivery times are
Royal Mail Postal Service estimates. They could take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive
(longer, if held up by customs). Sometimes additional delay will occur at
your country's customs. In our experience, delivery time is generally quite
speedy, but is not guaranteed. Delivery times are also slower during postal
holidays and during the month of December.
Any custom/duty/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be
familiar with your own government's policies and fees on items purchased and
shipped from the UK.
Customs charges may be triggered by parcel value or by parcel contents.
We recommend that you visit your government's website for any pertinent
information. Customs declaration forms will show value as your merchandise
total. Purchase items are not declared as gifts.
