The Spirited Shipper's original and patented (US patents 5,730,289 and 5,967,320) wine shipping boxes are manufactured in the US to meet and exceed the ISTA 3A standards required by UPS and FedEx.

We use only the very best materials available:

•  All of the Spirited Shipper inserts protecting your bottles are made from extra strong ECT48 standard double-walled, fluted cardboard providing superior cushioning and crush and impact protection — making shipping as safe as possible.
 
• The outer cartons for our 6 to 12 bottle boxes and all magnums are made with the same extra-strong ECT48 cardboard as our inserts. The smaller 1 to 4 bottle outer cartons are made with very sturdy ECT44 cardboard, with our extra-strong ECT48 inserts inside.

In use since 1996 they have stood the test of time.

Our shippers are easy to assemble, cost effective and protect you bottles by two layers of cushioning. Our unique locking mechanism adjusts for different size bottles and keeps them safely in place.

Our shippers are made to accommodate 375ml and 750ml bottles in the regular, and magnum sizes in our magnum shipping boxes. They are also used widely for shipping beer and spirits.

The shippers pack flat and therefore needs much less storage space than Styrofoam shippers. Therefore they can be shipped more cheaply than Styrofoam boxes.

They are made with 99% recycled materials are 100% recyclable and environmentally safe.

They can be reused easily. Some of our customers even take them flat packed on vacation, bring them back protecting the precious wines they bought, and reuse them on their next trip.
