Idea - If you wear False Nails - You can prepare a set of nails in advance
by sticking the wraps on your chosen nail sizes.

Preparation

Carefully manicure your nails

Push cuticles back gently

Make sure your nails are clean

Application

Select the size that fits your nail
Any width adjustments needs to be made prior to putting onto your nails
Peel the sticker away from the backing sheet
Place the rounded edge next to your cuticle - but not over the cuticle 
You can gently pull the sticker back away from the nail to re position
Smooth the nail sticker over your nail until wrinkle free

Pull over the tip, use a nail file and file downwards at the tip to cut the foil

 

Please remember, the foil should NOT touch or cover the skin around
 the edge of the nail or cover the cuticle 

 

You can put a coat of nail varnish over the entire foil and nail but it really is not necessary
but will help seal and protect it and give you longer wear
However, Putting the nail varnish around the tip will prevent the foil from peeling away or letting
water in under the foil when washing

 

You do not HAVE to use nail polish at all,, especially for short time usage
