Cancelling or Changes to your Order:

Due to our size and order volume, We operate a 24hr warehouse with auto processing,

and are therefore unable to cancel or amend an order after purchase and payment is made.

Therefore please check your order and ensure your delivery details are correct prior to checkout.

Booking other Trades:

We advise not to book any trades related to your order until it has arrived and has been checked,

as incidents 'can' happen: from Late Deliveries, Damages, Lost in Transit, Weather, Covid etc.

Product Colour Matching:

If you are reordering an item from us, we sadly cannot guarantee a perfect colour or style match,

due to suppliers unforeseen changes to the items manufacture in production and batches.

Before Using or Altering any Product:

Before using any product or making any permanent alterations to what you have received,

please double check the item to ensure it is what you have ordered and is the correct size,

as once used or altered, we cannot issue a full refund if returned and, in many cases,

are unable to accept a return as the product is not in new resalable condition.

Pictures used in Listings:

All pictures are for demonstration purposes only as colours and shades may vary,

depending on your PC monitor or mobile device screen resolution settings.

Sizes and Sizing:

We always recommend ordering an extra 0.25m / 25cm longer piece of flooring than required,

as this should compensate and allow for imperfections with room / areas not being square.

All sizes are in accordance with British Standards 3655 (1974) +/- 1.25% in width and/or length.

Our Samples:

We always recommend ordering samples whenever possible to view colour and quality.

Samples are randomly cut from areas of the product and will not show full patterns.

The size of our samples are approx.10cm x 15cm. 

Same Day Shipping:

We aim to ship 99.9% of goods on the same day, providing the order was placed before our cut of time,

however sometimes issues arise outside of our control, i.e. Quality Control, Weather and courier failures.

Delivery Advice:

We advise all customers to ensure that they are at the property on the day of delivery,

to avoid failed deliveries which may incur a redelivery fee if goods are redirected or returned.

Due to Insurance / Health and Safety, Carriers are not permitted to carry goods into the property,

and are all delivered at ground level to the residential properties and at Curb-side Only,

therefore if you have ordered a Long, Bulky or Heavy item, we recommend arranging help.

Couriers and Carriers:

We use several couriers to deliver small parcels based upon weights and sizes,

whereas with heavy, unusual, bulk or long items we use commercial carriers.

This is to ensure that you receive the best and most efficient service possible to your location.

A signature is an acknowledgment that the goods received are correct and undamaged.

Track your Order:

We're unable to provide exact delivery dates and times,

however deliveries are between 8am and 6pm on working weekdays excluding bank holidays.

Tracking details are added to eBay on the day of shipping for your reference and monitoring.

Check your Order:

Inspect goods at the point of delivery and refuse if damage is present for any claims to be upheld.

Buyers are responsible for costs of delivery, return, re-delivery or restocking for and deliveries refused.
