ERM24064SBS-1 is blue background with 240x64 monochrome white pixels,Raio RA6963 controller (fully compatible with Toshiba T6963) that is extremely common and well documented,8080 8-bit parallel interface,single led backlight with white color included can be dimmed easily with a resistor or PWM,fstn-lcd positive,wide operating temperature range and wide view angle,high contrast,rohs compliant,optional pin header.Toshiba T6963 has been assigned to End-of-Life,we use Raio RA6963 as the replacement that is fully compatible with Toshiba T6963.
It's easily controlled by MCU such as 8051,PIC,AVR,ARDUINO,ARM and Raspberry Pi.It can be used in any embedded systems,industrial device,security,medical and hand-held equipment.
