You can attach this little handbag charm to your key ring, handbag or wherever you want to show it
The back of the Charm is flat around the edges so can be used to decorate items like a mobile phone cover
It is hollow in the middle, i would say the only reason is to cut down on the weight of the handbag - only my guess

Has a small chain and a buckle to finish the design
Perfect to attach to a key ring or handbag 

The back of the handbag has metal rose cut-outs and is hollow underneath the back - again I think it is to make the bag lighter

There is no box - but comes in a plastic self adhesive bag - sealed

A box can be provided for an extra charge
also I will need to add postage as I will have to send small packet instead of Large letter which is more expensive
It may be better to source your boxes locally or flat packed
